ROSHNI currently work from an old building which is on loan to them. It has just three rooms, currently being used as a classroom, a vocational training room, and a therapy/pre-school room. It was not designed for wheelchair users, and is not ideal to meet the multiple needs of their very varied client group.
ROSHNI are in the process of constructing a brand new building. It will be the only fully accessible building in the area, possibly in the whole state of Madhya Pradesh. It is will be fully accessible to wheelchair users, people with balance and mobility problems, users of walking aids, and those with visual impairment and complete visual loss. Included in the building will be:

- Several classrooms
- Vocational training unit
- Therapy assessment and treatment unit
- Pre-school and out-patient unit
- Sensory room
- Hydrotherapy pool
- Speech therapy room
- Counselling room
- Respite/visitors room
- Training and resource centre
- Music room
- Sensory garden
- Kitchen garden
- Playground
The new building will make a huge difference to the lives of the children and young adults who rely on ROSHNI.

Friends of ROSHNI UK are aiming to raise £15,000 towards this fantastic new building. This will fund the construction of the Therapy Wing, which will include the pre-school and out-patient units, speech therapy, sensory room and the counselling room.
It will include the costs of decorating, and hopefully furbishing the unit too. As of November 2007, we have sent £13,500 to Roshni for the Therapy Wing, so we are half way there! Can you help us increase this figure?
